Take time out and come and visit us at Bistrò Union if you’re on holiday in Dobbiaco. Our menu features a wide selection of fresh and tasty Alpine and Mediterranean dishes. Thanks to the experience and expertise of our chefs, our cuisine is simple and genuine, prepared with freshly selected and locally sourced ingredients, like the vegetables and herbs we pick from our vegetable garden.
In 2016 our restaurant was certified by the Associazione Italiana Celiachia (Italian Coeliac Association), allowing us to prepare delicious meals for our gluten-intolerant guests in our specially equipped area.
Our aim is to offer our guests a unique experience and everything to make their meal unforgettable, so we serve wine by the glass using the CoravinTM system. With this system, the bottles are never actually opened, so every glass served preserves its aromas and special characteristics. As well as offering wine by the glass, we have over 100 different labels in our cellar so we can satisfy even the most discerning palate.
